Arguing with Vitriol:

Completely (Mostly) True Post #4: Bicentenarian Sharks

Greenland Sharks apparently live...a really long time.  Like, 272 years old long time.

Which makes me do they get along with their neighbors?

...yeah.  Something like that.  Probably.

The Worst Vacation Ever:

Ahh, the guilt trip.
It isn't as innocuous as its purveyors seem to think.
Because when you say this:
What you're really saying is this:
At the heart of things, you're actively trying to make someone feel bad to get what you want.
Which, if you think about it, is a pretty immature and selfish thing to do at best...
...and just mean at worst.
And can quite often have the unintended effect of causing resentment.
Nobody's perfect, but for the sake of your loved ones (your likely targets) please be direct about your wants.
And be understanding that others aren't always going to do what you want.
And that's okay.
